Resumen

Some of the guidelines that are essential for presenting facts and images in black and white in the Cogeneration and Distributed Generation Journal are discussed. The easiest way to provide graphics is to simply submit hard copies, which need to be of the highest possible quality. The graphics need to be printed using a high quality printer, such as a printer with 300 dpi minimum. A high-resolution computer screen shot or graphic that is available in color is put through a software graphics program that converts it to black and white. The guidelines also suggest that each graphic or table needs to be provided in a separate file. The format needs to be TIF with 400 dpi resolution or density for GRAYSCALE figures, while the format needs to be TIF with 600 dpi resolution for LINE DRAWINGS. Each graphic needs to be sized bigger than the physical size it should be in the Journal.
