The present project focuses on applying the DMAIC - Six Sigma methodology in order to reduce the reprocessing in the recruitment and selection of talent in the Farma company dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of pharmaceutical and consumer products. In order to achieve the general objective of the thesis, five specific objectives were developed that helped define that 55% of the requested requirements were submitted out of date. Likewise, the problem was measured through an indicator of efficiency in the selection process of administrative personnel and the possible causes that affect the selection process were identified, such as reprocessing, cancellation of requirements or the request not being initiated. With the help of statistical tools, it was possible to identify and implement 5 proposals for improvements in the process through training, new requirements formats, digitization or virtualization of processes. In addition, there must be a control for each of the improvements implemented in order to be sure that those are carried out in the corresponding time and are not affected, this through surveys, forms and training periodically. Once the implementation of the thesis was completed, it was possible to reduce to 14% of the total requirements submitted out of date. In addition, an economic impact was achieved, a decrease of 72% due to the hours that were implemented only in reprocesses.
