N2 - Every company should have an organizational structure that allows defining and carrying out a correct distribution of employees and their functions. There is a tool known as the “Octagon” Anthropological Model of Organizational Functioning for knowledge management. The objective of this research is to apply this method in a small textile production company. Also taking into account that the behavior of employees has great consequences for the functioning of the organization, affecting various factors such as productivity, satisfaction and adaptation of the organization. A key element in the research process was conducting a survey of its workers to determine their level of satisfaction in regards to the management styles used by their leaders. Aiming to contribute to the proper development of this company, an analysis of the main factors that can intervene in the improvement of productivity was carried out, and thus help the company to provide services of adequate quality, capable of satisfying the needs of its customers. The information was processed using the Iadov and Fuzzy Cognitive Map methods.
