Industrial Engineer from the University of Piura (UDEP); Master in Chemistry from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP); PhD in Industrial Engineering in Metallurgy and Materials from the University of Oviedo (Spain). Central Manager of Quality and Research and Development at Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A., with 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She is currently Director of the Cement and Concrete Research Center (CIC) and professor of the Construction Materials Technology course, Civil Engineering, University of Engineering and Technology (UTEC).
