Alejandro Rios Cuadros

Physicist with a strong background in materials and nanotechnology, with research experience in both Peru and Brazil. My academic trajectory includes a master’s degree in physics with an emphasis on biomaterials and a Ph.D. in physics focused on the fabrication of semiconductor-based nanodevices using optical and electron lithography. During my specialization at the University of Florianópolis, I delved into the development of biomaterials for tissue engineering applications. My research interests lie at the intersection of physics and biology, exploring areas such as FET transistors, biosensors, piezocatalysis, and resistive memories.
