The University of Engineering and Technology (UTEC) is a higher education proposal dedicated to training young engineers capable of putting their ingenuity into practice. The purpose of the university is to provide comprehensive and interdisciplinary training, demonstrating to its students not only scientific and technological knowledge but also a solid humanistic foundation. Drawing on the active learning methodology, UTEC seeks to develop in its students the skills that will allow them to propose creative solutions while committing to their environment. As a non-profit institution, the university promotes a new way of thinking about engineering. For this, it has a multidisciplinary team of outstanding professors, in charge of guiding the steps of future engineers. In addition, through the Executive Education unit, specialization programs are offered under the axes of engineering and applied technology in various professional fields.
